Mr. Srinivasan Bhaskar has 36+ years of experience in Financial services including Cholamandalam & Equitas; Non-Executive Director, Equitas. He joined the Equitas Group on October 15, 2007 and served as the Chief Financial Officer prior to his appointment as the Executive Director & CEO of the Company.

Mr. Srinivas Acharya has 36+ years of experience in Financial services incl. Sundaram Finance and Sundaram Home Finance; Ex-Deputy MD, Sundaram Finance & Ex-MD Sundaram Home finance

Mr. P R Devaraj has over 34 years of experience in Technology (Microland and CTS); He is currently the Consultant for Tech Transformation project at AXIS Bank and also the Mentor to CIO, AXIS Bank.

Satish Mehta, founder of Athena Advisors, has over 40 years of experience in housing finance, credit bureaus, and consultancy. He was instrumental in setting up India's first credit bureau (CIBIL) and has advised financial systems in South Asia, Middle East, and Africa. His past roles include senior leadership at HDFC, CIBIL, Dun & Bradstreet Dubai, and Piramal Capital. He has worked with the World Bank Group and other international agencies across multiple countries. Currently, he is a strategic advisor, World Bank consultant, professor at Ahmedabad University, and serves on multiple boards including Pahal Financial and Dashboard AA.

A Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in NBFC and Treasury, Banking functions, Venkatesh was with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited for over 16 years. His various roles included Treasurer, Credit head – Capital Markets lending, Head of Operations – Stock brokerage business, Interim head – Cholamandalam AMC, Business Head – Retail Capital Market finance. He played a critical role in enabling manifold growth in Managed Assets. He has been with Cognizant Technology Solutions inc, USA for over 12 years as Assistant Treasurer, overseeing Cash Management, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, Investment management.

Mr. Raghu is M.Sc in Information Technology, PGXPM in Business Administration and Management with over 20+ years of experience in various gamut of Information Technology and has functional knowledge in Airline Pricing, Payments and Healthcare. He specializes in the areas of Big data stack, Analytics & Infrastructure. He has worked in leadership roles in FlyNava Technologies, PayPal, Covansys. Overall, he is extremely passionate about technologies & it's possibilities, problem solving and loves sports & music.
